The information requested in this application and obtained during the credentialing process will be used only by administrators and leaders within the Open Table Network who have been designated to take part in your credentialing journey. Your information will be protected and never disclosed to anyone without your consent. By providing your personal information, you are consenting to the Open Table Network contacting the references provided and to completing a background check through C4 Operations.

Why Credentialing

Credentialing is both the recognition of your organization's call to ministry by other Christians and a legal endorsement of your ministry by an endorsing body or, in other words, a Christian Denomination.

Applying for organizational membership means that you are seeking recognition and legal endorsement by the Open Table Network. It also indicates that you are, and will continue to be, a spiritual leader within the community of like-minded churches in the Open Table Network community. The Open Table Network believes that all spiritual leaders should be expected to live an exemplary Christian life in all aspects. Therefore, Open Table Network leaders and pastors should:
  • - have and maintain a vibrant and healthy spiritual life that demonstrates an ongoing commitment to following Jesus.
  • - make Christ-like lifestyle choices.
  • - understand and cultivate your spiritual gifts and abilities.
  • - affirm the Open Table Network Statement of Faith and Core Values found in the Guidebook.
